About Ceero
Software for people who work for themselves.
Ceero ApS is an independent software company in Copenhagen. We build the Ceero suite — five standalone tools for independent professionals, held together by one account and one prepaid wallet.
Most software for freelancers and small independent teams forces a bad choice: a bloated all-in-one platform where you pay for features you never open, or a dozen disconnected subscriptions with separate logins, separate invoices, and separate billing surprises.
Ceero exists to prove a third path works. Each of our products — time tracking, contracts and e-signing, document conversion, CMS translation, asset management — is a full, standalone tool with a generous free tier. What connects them is deliberately thin: one identity, one prepaid balance, one place to see what you spent.
The company is bootstrapped and independently run from Copenhagen. That independence is a feature: we answer to the people using the tools, not to a fundraising timeline.
What we optimise for
Standalone first
Every product must be complete on its own. The suite is a bonus, never a lock-in. If you only ever use one app, you get full value from that one app.
Pay for usage, not access
AI costs vary wildly per person. Subscriptions overcharge light users to subsidise heavy ones. Prepaid credits charge exactly what you consume — and they never expire.
Small on purpose
No outside investors, no growth targets that fight the product. We stay small enough that every feature ships because someone here wants to use it.
European by default
Danish company, EU data handling, GDPR-compliant sub-processors, VAT invoices on every purchase. Boring compliance done properly.
