Pricing questions
Is there a subscription for the Ceero wallet?
No. The Ceero wallet is fully prepaid. You top up a one-time amount from $5 to $100 and pay per AI action. There is no recurring charge and no card kept on a subscription.
Do Ceero wallet credits expire?
No. Credits never expire. Whatever you top up stays in your wallet until you spend it.
How much does one AI action cost?
Typical AI actions cost between $0.01 and $0.10 depending on the model and context size. The exact price is always shown in the app before you confirm the action.
What happens when my balance reaches zero?
AI features simply pause until you top up again. Nothing is charged automatically unless you have explicitly enabled optional auto-refill.
Is Translately billed through the Ceero wallet?
No. Translately uses its own per-workspace wallet managed inside the Translately app. All other suite apps with AI features share the Ceero wallet.
