Mission
Independent tools.
One identity.
Most software for independent professionals forces a choice: buy a bloated all-in-one suite and pay for features you never use, or manage a dozen disconnected subscriptions with no shared identity, no shared billing, and no coordination.
Ceero was founded on a third path. Every product in the suite — HourIQ for time tracking, e-sign for contracts, Free Markdown to PDF for document generation, Translately for CMS translations, Vaultful for file organisation — is a complete, standalone tool. Each can be used on its own. But together, they share one account and one prepaid wallet, so you manage a single identity and a single balance instead of five separate subscriptions.
The wallet model matters. AI features are expensive to run and deeply variable in how much each person uses them. A monthly subscription either overcharges light users or undercharges heavy ones. Top-ups charge exactly what you consume, nothing more. Credits never expire.
Ceero ApS is a small Danish software company — CVR 45441393, registered in Copenhagen. The company is independently run, with no outside investors, and exists to build tools we would want to use ourselves. That is the only filter.
