Account
What is Ceero Hub?
Ceero Hub is the account and billing home for the Ceero suite. One sign-in gives you access to HourIQ, e-sign, Free Markdown to PDF, Translately, and Vaultful, plus a shared prepaid wallet for AI features.
Is Ceero Hub free?
Yes. Creating an account, using the dashboard, and accessing every suite app is free. You only spend money when you top up the wallet, and credits are only consumed by AI actions you explicitly confirm.
Do I need separate accounts for each app?
No. One Ceero account signs you into every app in the suite. That is the point of the hub.
How do I delete my account?
From Settings inside the hub, or by emailing support@ceero.eu. Deletion removes your account and personal data in line with our privacy policy and GDPR.
Wallet & credits
How does the Ceero wallet work?
You top up a one-time amount — $5, $10, $20, $50, or $100 — and every AI action across the suite draws from that balance. Each action shows its exact price before you confirm. Typical actions cost $0.01 to $0.10.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire. A balance topped up today is still fully usable years from now.
Which apps share the wallet?
HourIQ (AI commit analysis), e-sign (AI drafting, review, rewriting), Free Markdown to PDF, and Vaultful (uploads and AI organize). Translately is the exception — it runs its own per-workspace wallet inside the Translately app.
What happens at zero balance?
AI features pause. Nothing breaks, nothing is charged. Free features in every app keep working. Top up again whenever you want to resume AI actions.
Can the wallet refill automatically?
Yes, optionally. Auto-refill is off by default; if you enable it, the wallet tops up by your chosen amount when the balance runs low, and you can turn it off at any time.
Billing & payments
Who processes payments?
Paddle acts as merchant of record. Checkout, VAT handling, and invoices are all managed by Paddle, so you automatically receive a VAT-compliant invoice for every top-up.
Do I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. Paddle issues a VAT invoice for every top-up automatically. Business customers can add their VAT number during checkout for reverse-charge treatment where applicable.
Can I get a refund on unused credits?
Contact support@ceero.eu. Unused, untouched top-ups can generally be refunded within 14 days in line with EU consumer law; partially spent balances are handled case by case.
Which payment methods are accepted?
All methods Paddle supports in your region — typically credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
